An adventure spark the size of a post card
In the middle of the swamp stands a huge, rotten trunk. New inhabitants have moved in. Old ones are grumpy and drooling. The trunk isn't the only rotten thing. Everything is edible. Evidently.
Most of the content is superficial, but possible intentions should be emanating from the material. Finish it at the table, during play. Most fun.

How to exactly run this
It's just a vague description of a place. Use the "Outside the trunk" to hint at what is in the giant trunk. Draw your own map of the trunk and place the inhabitants on the map. When PC's venture into the trunk make heavy use of reaction rolls and maybe even an oracle table. Try to use the different factions against each other. Try to have fun. Just a spark. A set of ideas. If those ideas do not appease you, move along to way better stuff down the line of dedicated Cairn adventures.
I would recommend Demon Driven to the Maw.
